Forest Park Community Garden

Saturday March 3rd, 12pm to 2:30pm- We'll once again be marching in the Forest Park St. Pattrick's Day Parade. We need volunteers to help pack the seed packets we'll be giving away to the crowd as well as volunteers to march in the parade with us. More info here. Each year we participate in Forest Park's St. Pattrick's Day Parade, this year on March 3rd. The parade is so much fun to view and participate in. We have our home made garden float on wheels and we hand out free seed packets to the crowd. This event is a great opportunity for us to get the word out about the garden and about our annual seed swap event . We need your help! We are looking for volunteers to help us prepare the 2,000 seed packets we'll be giving away and to walk in the parade with our Forest Park Community Garden float  Walking in the parade is a fun activity for kids and adults and the Forest Park parade watchers love the seed packets! Please let us know if you're able to walk in the parade with the float.  St. Patrick's Day Parade:  Saturday, March 3 @ 1pm  (Parade walkers usually meet up at the float around  noon .)
